Elder Gardner III

We are so blessed that  Elder Brennen Gardner is at the MTC in Provo!  He had a busy few weeks before he left! His brother Elder Josh Gardner has been in Honduras now for 13 months. 

Grandma Gardner passed away unexpectedly October 6th and her funeral was on Brennen's birthday October 12th. 
His farewell was October 29th and we had a family dinner for him. 
His oldest brother Dallin was married to Rylie Figueroa in the Gilbert Temple on November 11th.
Then his Open House was on Sunday, November 12th.
Monday the 13th he was set apart at our home as a missionary by President Nevitt.  He went to visit Grandpa Gardner staying at Peterson's for a few weeks while things are so crazy here, just after being set apart.   
He left us early on November 14th to Utah where he was picked up by Grampy Sheppard and taken to Salt Lake Temple.  Then he spent the evening with more of his family:  Grammy and Grampy, the Gagnier Family, and the Jeff Sheppard Family and Kashi Bhatti. 
November 15th he was taken to the MTC by Jeff and Grampy and his mission officially started.
November 16th was his Momma's birthday and it was an emotional one.
We feel so blessed that our son is ready to serve!
